Moving out and want your deposit back? Parcero's move-out cleaning starts at $250 and follows a landlord-style punch list, with photos of the finished home so you have a record for your landlord or property manager. It is our most thorough service.

How it works
- Get a flat-rate quote online in about a minute. We price by square footage, not by the hour.
- Book your date. For larger homes, give us about two weeks' notice; smaller apartments can often be booked the same week.
- We clean, photograph the result, and you hand over the keys.
Re-clean guarantee
If anything on our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll send someone back as soon as possible to re-clean it free. (No cleaning company can guarantee your deposit, since your lease and inspection decide that, but we make sure the cleaning is never the reason.)
