How much does house cleaning cost in San Diego with Parcero?
Recurring cleaning starts at $120, deep cleaning at $200, move-in/move-out cleaning at $250 and post-construction cleaning at $400. We charge a flat rate based on your home's square footage, not by the hour. New customers get $25 off.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If anything on our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll send someone back as soon as possible to re-clean it at no charge.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every Parcero cleaner is vetted through a background check, and the business is licensed, bonded and insured.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps a home maintained: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and trash. A deep clean adds baseboards, grout, vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures and interior windows.
What's included in a move-out clean?
Inside the oven, fridge and freezer, cabinet interiors, interior windows, blinds, baseboards, bathrooms and floors, with photos of the finished home. Garages and balconies are add-ons.
Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
No cleaning company can promise that, because your lease and your landlord's inspection decide it. We follow a landlord-style checklist, photograph the finished clean, and re-clean free if you tell us within 24 hours that anything we covered was missed.
Do you clean inside cabinets?
Yes, in move-out cleans and as an add-on, once the cabinets are empty.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring eco-safe, pet-safe products and our own equipment, including HEPA vacuums for post-construction work.
Do you do carpet cleaning?
Yes, as an add-on to any clean. Carpet cleaning is done in-house and priced by square footage. We also offer tile and grout scrubbing as an add-on.
Do you clean Airbnbs and vacation rentals?
Yes. We do turnover cleaning for short-term rental hosts across San Diego County.
Do you clean offices?
Yes. We clean small offices and small commercial spaces, such as professional offices, studios, clinics and salons, on a recurring or one-time basis.
How far in advance should I book?
Smaller homes can often be booked the same week. For large move-outs or post-construction cleans, please give us about two weeks' notice.
